Sovereign Bodies

motion capture real time ai computer vision generative dance surveillance installation expanded choreography

Interactive installation brought to life by an artificial intelligence agent that explores the transformation of the human body into data. Through local language models, motion analysis, and generative AI, bodily movement is orchestrated and processed into an automated flow of film and visual effects that invites us to question surveillance, agency, and creation in the digital age.

The work proposes a hybrid methodology that fuses expanded dance, a structured conversational automaton, and automated video generation, elevating the installation to an ecosystem where AI decides, spatially analyzes, and stylizes the captured bodily information.
