About the CVPR Art Gallery
The CVPR Art Gallery is curated by Luba Elliott for the CVPR conference.
Since 2024, we have been running an open call for artworks that use or critically interrogate computer vision technologies, including generative models and recognition systems. The online gallery now displays 300+ artworks across the categories of aesthetics, environment and identity from the years 2023-2026. Artworks are also screened and exhibited on-site at the CVPR conference.
In 2026, the online gallery presents 114 artworks selected from 265 submissions, representing a snapshot of artistic practice in 2025-2026. These works are also exhibited between 5th-7th June at the CVPR 2026 conference in Denver, according to this schedule.
Aesthetics
This category presents a selection of artworks that experiment with the visual, formal and perceptual capabilities of AI systems, including projects that make complex computational processes visible through artistic practice.
Environment
Here we find works that use AI to investigate the environments we inhabit, spanning natural and animal worlds, urban landscapes and the planetary systems.
Identity
In this category, we show works that explore the representation of the human form and examine how AI shapes identity, embodiment and human relationships.
We appreciate the support of our artists.
